Andrew J. Rosenberg, JD
Andrew Rosenberg is a native of Racine, Wisconsin where he graduated as Co-Valedictorian from Racine Lutheran High School. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from Carthage College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. At Carthage, Andrew played four years on the varsity football team, made the Dean’s List every semester, and completed the All-College Honors Scholar program. He earned a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School and served as the Executive Development Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy.
In addition to being the Chief Legal Counsel to WisconsinQDRO, Andrew manages a general practice, with an emphasis in business, estate planning, and real estate law. His experience includes serving as an intern to a federal magistrate judge at the Southern District Court of Indiana in Indianapolis and working with over fifty attorneys at a firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He helped senior attorneys draft litigation documents, business and real estate contracts, and estate planning documents. In Racine, Andrew has experience drafting and executing wills, powers of attorney, trusts, civil contracts, and various real estate and business transaction documents. He also represents clients in criminal defense, traffic, and municipal law matters.
Jim Martin, CDFA®, AAMS®
Jim has been a Financial Advisor since 2012, serving high net worth families plan for their future, as well as focusing my practice in the area of divorce. Jim graduated from Wabash College in Indiana, achieved the Accredited Asset Management Specialist SM designation by the College for Financial Planning, (AAMS®), and earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) designation though the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™, and consult with high net worth clients and their attorneys through their divorce.
